The mobility of apprentices and employees is increasing and important, but education and training systems, as well as professions, differ greatly between European countries.

The aim of the project is to make visible the similarities and differences between VET training and professions in the construction sector of the partner countries.

This will increase the transparency of the different training systems and the recognition of the skills of students and employees. The overall objective encompasses creating greater visibility and transparency between educational pathways, training programs and qualifications.

Comparisons that can facilitate the recognition of professional training qualifications in the same sector, although from different European countries and thus enable the mobility of workers between these countries.

Comparing two classic professional training courses (masonry and carpenter) between the countries of the project partners and analyzing the differences will lead to a report or recommendation on how to standardize or adapt knowledge when working in a country with a different training plan from the country. transmitter.
